P Bhana & Associates was founded by Prineesha Bhana, a seasoned accounting professional with more than two decades of experience across accounting, tax, compliance, and strategic financial management. Her career began in 2001, and after completing her SAICA Articles in KwaZulu‑Natal in 2009, she relocated to Gauteng to expand her professional footprint. In 2012, she obtained her SAIPA designation, reinforcing her commitment to integrity, technical excellence, and ethical practice. Prineesha has earned the prestigious Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation through AICPA in 2025. This achievement reflects her dedication to continuous professional growth and excellence in global financial leadership. With this designation, she brings enhanced strategic insight, advanced performance‑management expertise, and a deeper understanding of value creation — elevating the quality of guidance and support she provides to clients and partners.


Prineesha’s decision to establish P Bhana & Associates was shaped by more than a passion for accounting — it was driven by purpose.
