Our company is run by its founder Prineesha Bhana has been in the accounting industry since 2001 and has over twenty years of experience in accounting, tax and compliance matters. She served her SAICA Articles in Kwa-Zulu Natal from 2007 to 2009 and moved to Gauteng in 2009.  

Through her years working as an accountant, she was concerned with the fact that many companies were not compliant and were suffering heavy penalties which would affect their survival. It is due to this, she founded P. Bhana and Associates in 2011 and acquired SAIPA registration in 2012 which ensures that she provides services that are professional and are within the regulated standards.

Prineesha is committed to providing excellent services and high quality deliverables as well as ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Being hands-on and following the company core values and being customer centric is what has helped the company grow its footprint in the industry. Through this, we aim to be the best Accounting and Advisory Services to our customers and to always exceed their expectations, all the time.

To ensure that our company meets its objectives as well as fulfil its social responsibilities, the company does employ temporary workers whom we assist in developing their skills and provide them with exposure in the financial services industry, leading them to be empowered and be better people in their communities.
